Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping fees only cover the cost of postage and handling. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature and DHL Express for domestic and international orders. 

After receiving your order confirmation, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Free shipping is available for UK orders over £150.

International Shipping:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and Pick-Store is not liable for them.

Returns:

Our returns policy is 14 days after purchase and requires items to be in their original condition with tags and proof of purchase. 

Return in-store for free otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping fees. We suggest sending tracked and insured as we accept no liability for lost returns. Please see our full returns policy page here.
