Shipping Policy

At Pick-Store, we use Royal Mail and DHL Express for domestic orders, and DHL Express for international orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive an additional notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During busy periods, such as sales, your order may take a little longer to ship.

Delivery Delays

Pick-Store Limited is not responsible for any delays or loss in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including industrial actions, cyberattacks on third-party sites, or acts of God. We will, however, do our best to assist in tracking outstanding deliveries.

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature

  • DHL Express for next-day delivery

  • Free UK shipping is available for orders over £150.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping based on availability. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and Pick-Store is not liable for them.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include delivery advice.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Sale items are non-refundable, only exchange or credit note equivalent to purchase price. Please see our full returns policy page here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@pick-store.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If customers have not taken up any insurance policy for their delivery, any loss or missing delivery due to industrial actions or cyber attacks on delivery companies will not be refunded by Pick-Store. Pick-store are not liable for any 3rd party actions as laid out in our Shipping terms.
