Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after processing your payment to request a return. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pick-store.com. All returns are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your returns requestItems returned in-store are free of charge, otherwise any shipping fees the customer will need to pay. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Exchanges

We do not offer full refunds in-store, only exchanges or a credit note equivalent of purchase price. If you purchased an item online only, you are entitled to a full refund excluding postage. Your refund can take up to 3-5 business days to process, and up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.
