Returns/Exchange Policy

Our Returns Policy

In addition to your legal rights, you may return items purchased online only if you no longer want them. To receive a full refund (excluding original postage), the items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned to us within 14 days of delivery,  along with the original receipt. Your refund can take up to 3-5 business days to process, and up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • You must include the original receipt

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@pick-store.com. We aim to process all return requests within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • In-store returns are free of charge 

  • For returns by post, customers are responsible for any shipping fees

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a returns form and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

In store

In-store returns are eligible for exchange or a credit note equal to the purchase price; we do not offer full refunds in-store.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to offer refunds on items if returned after 14 days of delivery or gift cards. However, depending on the condition of the returned goods, we may offer a credit note. This policy is in addition to your legal rights.
 

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

In-store purchases can be exchanged in-store.


Online purchases must be returned by post, with customers responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges on gift cards or sale items returned after 14 days. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights
