Can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order once it has been purchased, please contact us at orders@pick-store.com before the time your order has been processed and dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait to receive your package and return it via post.

I have received the wrong item, what can I do?

Sometimes mistakes are made and in an unfortunate event that this has happened to you, please contact orders@pick-store.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to return full price and sale items made online within 14 days after purchase. Your item must be in the exact same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to fill in your returns form placed on the back of your invoice. For more information, please look at our returns policy here.

There is a problem with my order

If for any reason there is an issue with your order please contact us at orders@pick-store.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the problem. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept any form of payment through Visa Debit, PayPal, and Credit Cards.

What currencies do you accept?

Pick-Store website accepts payments in Sterling Pounds (GBP) being the default currency of the website and company residency. 

Can I order over the phone?

We do not accept any payments over the phone.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive a conformation email with your order number, once it is being processed. If you would like any more information on your order please contact orders@pick-store.com
