Named after the planet Jupiter within our solar system, the White Jupiter 205 Plate by Marumitsu is hand-glazed and crafted from pottery made from clay and minerals of the earth to create a chemical reaction. The rough red earthen glaze is scattered with iron powder resulting in individual differences in tone and texture, similar to stardust.
