Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail and DHL Express delivery services for domestic orders and DHL Express for international orders.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Pick-Store Limited is not liable for any loss or delays in delivery due to industrial actions, cyber attacks on 3rd party sites and any acts of god which impaired the process of delivery. Pick-store Limited will endeavour to assist in tracking items for outstanding deliveries.

Please note: During sale periods and other busy times, your order may take slightly longer to ship. 

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer  Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature and DHL Express for next day delivery. Free shipping for orders over £150.

International Shipping


We offer international shipping subject to availability.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pick Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include delivery advice.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Sale items are non-refundable, only exchange or credit note equivalent to purchase price. Please see our full returns policy page here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@pick-store.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If customers have not taken up any insurance policy for their delivery, any loss or missing delivery due to industrial actions or cyber attacks on delivery companies will not be refunded by Pick-Store. Pick-store are not liable for any 3rd party actions as laid out in our Shipping terms.
