After receiving your order confirmation, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature and DHL Express for domestic orders and DHL Express for International orders.
Free shipping is available for UK orders exceeding £150.
Returns
Our returns policy is 14 days after purchase and requires items to be in their original condition with tags and proof of purchase.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. We only offer exchange or credit notes equivalent to the purchase price.
Return in-store for free. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. We suggest sending tracked and insured as we accept no liability for lost returns.
